The prize draw is run by Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd, registered office:
Adele House, 32 Park Road, Lytham St. Annes, Lancs, FY8 1RE  

Entrants must subscribe to the Beaverbrooks newsletter in order to enter the prize draw.

The prize will consist of £2000 to spend on Jewellery of your choice from Beaverbrooks the Jewellers (sorry, the prize cannot be spent on watches).

The Competition closes at midnight Friday 30th January 2009.

One winner will be drawn at random within 10 days of the closing date
and will be notified by email within 14 days.

The winner must claim their prize within 30 days after the notification email.

If the winner fails to respond within this time, Beaverbrooks may draw an alternative winner.

Beaverbrooks reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that it is reasonably believed that the winner is in breach of these terms and conditions.

No cash alternatives will be offered, and the Prize is non transferable.

No other promotional offer or discount can be used in conjunction with this prize offer.

Only one entry is permitted per person and per email address.

By entering this prize draw, entrants agree:
(a) to be bound by these terms and conditions;
(b) that Beaverbrooks may contact them on the details provided with further information about its products and services;
(c) that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win the Prize;
(d) that if required to do so, they will provide a photographic ID document (such as passport of driving licence) for the purposes of confirming their identity;
(e) that they will cooperate with any reasonable publicity arising from winning the competition.
